Pricing

A finished episode from $39.

A human editor charges $150–500 an episode, and the AI tools you could do it yourself in run $12–30 a month and still leave you the job. This runs the same decisions the same way every episode, which is cheaper than the first and more predictable than the second — and you publish on your own word.

Not on this list, because they do not exist yet: automatic publishing to social platforms, music beds and sound effects, voice cloning, and a customer-facing timeline editor. The Publishing Suite column is marked soon throughout and we are not taking money for any of it. Private upload to YouTube works today and nothing goes public without you. We would rather say so than list it and disappoint you in month two.

Questions about paying us

Who publishes the finished episode?

You do. We upload it to your channel privately with the thumbnails, captions and playlists already attached, and stop there. Nothing reaches the public internet until you press publish. That is a deliberate safety property, not a limitation we have forgotten to remove.

What if the edit is wrong?

Say so and we fix it. Monthly includes one round of revisions per episode and Studio includes two. A revision is a change to the cut, not a re-record of your interview.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You send files, you get files back. There is no software, no plugin and no account to learn.

What happens to my raw footage?

It is hashed the moment it arrives, so what you sent is provably what got worked on. It is archived inside the delivered package, and deleted from our working storage once you have it. On Partner we push it to your own cloud and it never sits on our disks at all.

Is this the same as hiring an editor?

It is cheaper and more consistent, and it is not the same thing. A human editor makes a different set of choices every time. This runs the same decisions the same way on every episode, which is what you want when you publish on a schedule. If you want a creative director making a different film each time, hire one.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, up or down, at any time. Moving to a bigger plan applies from the next episode rather than retrospectively.

Do I need a contract?

No. Monthly is a rolling month. Single is one episode and no relationship afterwards. Only Partner has anything in writing, because it is the only one with agreed delivery windows.

How does the student price work?

Send a .edu or .ac email address when you sign up and we check it by hand before your first episode runs. It is half the Monthly price, once per person rather than once per episode, and it is a discount on the full plan rather than a smaller cut. We would rather check one address slowly than hand the discount to whoever asks twice.

What is the introductory price, and is it a trick?

Your first three episodes are $49 each instead of $99. After the third one it is the Single episode price and nothing changes about how the work is done or who does it. It exists because asking someone to spend $99 on a promise is a strange first move, and because a new show deserves a price that assumes nothing.

What payment do you take?

Right now, an invoice: card or bank transfer, settled in USD. That is what the desk supports today.

Are you taking stablecoin?

Yes, and that is the route we intend to build first, because it is the shortest path from an invoice to a payment that does not need a card processor account. It is not connected yet, and there is no wallet address on this page. When it goes live it will be through a processor that screens for sanctioned wallets, not through an address we control ourselves.

Why is a stablecoin payment not instant and final on this page?

Because a transfer cannot be taken back. A card payment can be disputed and a mistake can be reversed; a stablecoin transfer cannot, so a duplicated payment or a customer who paid and closed the tab is simply gone. We would rather be slow about accepting irreversible money than fast about losing yours. The refund policy gets written before the first payment, not after the first dispute.

Can I really not pay online yet?

Not yet. There is no payment processor connected to this site, so nothing is charged here and no card details or wallet addresses are collected. Every plan on this page is a price we are quoting.

Do you need my footage on your servers?

No, and eventually not at all. Your browser is meant to write straight into your own Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox folder, we pull it over our internal network, and the finished package goes back to the same folder once. We never ask for whole-account access — app-folder scope only. Today the upload still passes through our portal; that gap is documented and being closed. The connect page states the exact scopes.

Send one episode.

Start on the single plan. If it is not worth doing twice, we will have saved you the argument.
